By Booking an appointment with Chynas Nails you agree to the following:

Please DM or TXT me of what service you will need, along with the time and date of appointment. This will give me a brief idea and estimate of what your service will include.
If you need to have any removal of previous nail products, please notify me in advance. I do charge for removal, but will recommend that you please remove it before your appointment, as many shops use MMA PRODUCTS! I do not use these products and avoid them due to my allergies to them. If you need removal, please let me know in advance so I can calculate an estimate time towards your service. Removal can last up to an hour to properly and safely remove these MMA PRODUCTS!
Please arrive on time. I do not like rushing through services and want to provide you the best experience possible. I know things and life occurs, but please text me at least 30 minutes beforehand if you are running late, so I can calculate the required time for your services. I do have other clients and would like to keep their appointments running as smoothly as possible.
If you do not text me and show up to your appointment after a period of 20 minutes your appointment is automatically forfeited. If you do not text me or do not show up for your appointment, I will reconsider any other future appointments with you, which leads into the next issue as follows:
A deposit will be REQUIRED for $25 , NO EXCEPTIONS! This deposit will be applied to the cost of your service. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you do not  show up or no text messages, you forfeit your appointment, as well as your deposit.  This will be taken into consideration and could result in refusal of service to you.
If you text or call to cancel appointments and /or set up another future date for an appointment, your deposit will be held to that future appointment. 
No extra guests unless you request permission. 
If you do have kids and need to bring them to your appointment,please inform me so we can make appropriate arrangements. WE try to be kid friendly!!
